The Meditation Group for Stress and Anxiety is a six-week online group designed to help you utilize meditation to alleviate unnecessary stress in your life. The program consists of education on different forms of meditation, group discussions, and weekly guided meditations.
Each weekly group is run by Rachel Goutman, M.A., DTLLP, with expertise in meditation. The groups will be held via zoom.
The weekly meetings are covered by most insurance policies.
